Since 1953, Safe Hope Church Of God In Christ has been a place for members of the Detroit metropolitan-area to come together and worship as part of a strong, loving Pentecostal community. We’re always full of hope to see you come through the doors of the church.

Our pastor, Elder D’Wayne Cooper, is a native Detroiter; he is dedicated to the urban [home] mission as well as the foreign mission. Our pastor gives hands-on tools, leading by example. Our kind of hope happens when a combination of spiritual guidance, with simple instruction along with prayer that creates stakeholders who not only are served but are willing and able to serve.
